Scope of work:

Perform Maintenance on the Piston and Cylinder Liner for the 1st Stage of the Stabilizer Compressor (Borsig ZM Compression) as:

Disassembly of 1st stage cylinder (piston, piston road, liner, valves, instrument, drain pipes).
inspect piston, piston road, liner and valves.
Manufacturing a new piston based on metallurgical analysis of original piston.
Disassembly of 1st stage cylinder (manufactured piston, new piston road, new packaging, repaired valves, instrument and drain pipes).
Testing and observed the parameter of compressor after complete the maintenance service.
