Scope of work :

The scope includes developing of control system UCP for reciprocating gas compressor model 12G1S by new modern system as:

Provide the detailed engineering study to replace the existing control system by a new modern control system.
Provide of compressor Provide and install UCP system based on PLC control (cabinet, CPU, Modules, power supply, server, monitoring, safety barriers and others).
provide and configuration of software programming (SIEMENS PLC-300).
Provide and install the site instrument (transmitters, switches, cables, JB,).
Provide and install the power supply panels for UCP’s room.
pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup a new control system of compressor.

Note :

all the engineering, procurement, installation and pre-commissioning activities had been completed @ 2024, the suspended activities are commissioning and startup related to mechanical issue (responsible of client – crank of compressor was broken).
