Client : SGC “Syrian Gas Company “/ South gas plant “SMAG”

Statue : project was completed 2025, in warranty period (12-2026).

Scope of work:

There are 2 gas turbines Manturbo – THM-1304-12 Mw at south gas plant, turbine B”841” was damaged at 2010 and it was out of service that time and turbine A”811” was tripped and out of service from 2016. The scope of project includes the following

Repair damaged gas generator GG (compressor blades) and overhauling of GG and PT.
Inspection and repair of all auxiliary system of turbine B”841” (lube oil, fuel gas, starter, air intake, bleed’s valve, enclosure, air fans, exchangers,).
Inspection, test and repair of electrical MCC, generator, UCP, UPS and synchro (turbine B”841”).
Installation of repaired GG & PT and combustion chambers of turbine B”841”.
Commissioning and startup turbine B “841”.
Commissioning and startup turbine A “811”.
