Scope of work :

Site preparation, surveying, and necessary earthworks.
Construction of reinforced concrete structures for the housing towers.
Execution of architectural works, including internal and external finishes.
Installation of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and low‑current networks.
Installation of mechanical systems, including plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and fire‑fighting networks.
Implementation of infrastructure works within the project boundaries, such as internal roads, walkways, and utility connections.
Supply and installation of elevators and essential building services.
Testing, commissioning, and handing over the completed towers ready for occupancy.
Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, safety standards, and applicable building regulations.
